I gave these to my husband to try out since he is on his feet all day and also has bad hips and a bad back. After only two days, he said he felt alot of relief from the pain and pressure standing all day. He said he felt less "fatigued" and his back did not hurt as much at the end of the day. After about a week of wearing them, he noticed his hip also wasn't hurting and aching as it normally had. I would say overall, these were a huge success for my hubby and very well made. I didn't even have to cut them down to fit his shoe, as he's a size 13 and they fit perfectly!
