It is sais to improve texture, elasticity and manageability. I found when I used it, my hair was so soft and manageable--I could get a comb right through it. It was shiny and just felt, light and free of any residue or harsh ingredients.
I like that it is sulfate free and is safe for colored hair, which mine is. I also tried the hydrating hair mask/deep conditioner. That too was amazing.
